I thought I’d tie up some odds and ends from our Pakistan trip by covering the three sweetest and loveliest things I found in Pakistan.

Flowers.

In the US, we can just run into the nearest supermarket to find a select bouquet for your valentine. In Pakistan, however, there’s an entire market just for flowers!

Desserts.

This is called barfi (as you may have guessed, it is a great sick-day food). It’s like milk fudge. It was super sweet and made of condensed milk!

Or how about this? Have you ever tried fruit salad with chicken and masala in it? It was actually amazing!

My Mom.

As, of course, the very loveliest thing I saw was my mom. She’s been uploading videos about our time in Pakistan and I would highly recommend taking a look if this interests you.
