What a blessing it is to have help like that today. John Piper writing books to make the eyes of my heart turn to Jesus Christ for my joy and His glorification. Three wonderful trees—three unforgettable trees—have helped me along the way in preparing godly world-building for my readers. Both make the product of my creativity something more fulfilling, more beautiful, filled with more sehnsucht, and point toward a God who is far more desirable than we can possibly think or imagine.
