Further into the Flower.

Flower pedals stretch wide, alluring pollinators inward to the heart of the flower, where yellow puffs of pollen snuggle together.

If Christianity is a flower, and happiness is pollen….

You can be on the flower, but not deep in—not soaking in. Pray to be drawn, intoxicated by God’s goodness, toward the sweetness that God offers.

If you are soaking in God, resting on His goodness, then climb further in. There is more sweetness the closer you are to the source.

“The pastures of the wilderness overflow… they shout and sing together for joy.”
